Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days from the Order Confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. All delivery options available for the order will be displayed at check-out.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipments to non-Schengen countries may take longer than indicated above.
Shipment area
LF Fashion ships to addresses within the European Union.
LF Fashion shall not deliver the Products to addresses, which correspond to:
- Post office boxes;
- Public facilitiies;
or that LF Fashion may reasonably suppose to be non existent and/or unknown.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Orders consisting of several Products may be the subject of several shipments.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LF Fashion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) and will be communicated to the Customer in writing before payment of the Price.
Damages
LF Fashion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Any damage to the packaging, the presence of altered seals in any way or discrepancies in respect of the consignee's references or documentation must be immediately indicated in writing on the courier's delivery receipt.
To the extent permitted by the applicable regulations, by signing the delivery receipt, the Customer forfeits any right to raise objections with reference to the external characteristics of the delivered package, without prejudice to the right to subsequently object to any other characteristic of the Product(s) in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 11 of the General Terms and Conditions.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the European Union with shipping rates and delivery times varying by destination.
